Key Responsibilities

– Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
– Create and edit Reels, videos, photos and graphics.
– Film product demonstrations and promotional content.
– Plan, schedule and publish posts with engaging captions.
– Engage customers and respond to comments and messages.
– Track performance and follow social media trends to improve results.

Requirements

– 1–2 years’ experience in social media management or content creation.
– Strong filming, video editing and communication skills.
– Skills in CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
– Good content planning, caption writing and customer engagement skills.
– Ability to use social media insights to improve content.
– Good organisation and time management.
– Portfolio or examples of previous work.
